
The North Carroll Recreation Council is affiliated with Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks. We are dedictated to providing the northern-most parts of Carroll County with recreation opportunities.

As a reminder,
- If the snow emergency plan is in effect, all activities are cancelled.
- On the weekend, if the snow emergency plan is in effect at 8pm on the day prior to an event, all activities are cancelled.
- If Carroll County Public Schools close, and the snow emergency plan has been lifted, programs, meetings and such held at private facilites may be conducted (added 2021).
- Should the snow emergency plan go into effect while and event is underway, the event shall be concluded and participants are to vacate the facility as soon as is practical.
NEW Adult Fitness Classes - Website Coming Soon
Adult Group Fitness Class designed to develop and improve muscular strength, cardio endurance, balance, flexibility, coordination, and more through a variety of exercise formats.
Location: North Carroll Senior & Community Center – Large Group Activity Room
Eligible Ages: 18+
Mondays and Thursdays 5pm – 6pm - Registration Fee - $60
Saturdays 9am – 10am - Registration Fee - $30
Tentative Start Date: Monday, March 20th
Notes: Please bring a yoga mat (we do have a few available to loan if you are unable)
