Zumba

Program Description

Zumba® is a dance fitness class with Latin and World Rhythms! It feels like a journey around the world in Dance. Zumba® mixes low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party! Once the once the music takes over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Come dance with us!

18+ (based on the first day of the session)

Session 1 - 

• Mondays  6:30pm-7:30pm: 
  June 3, 10, 17, 24, July 1, 8, 15. (No class July 22)
  (7 classes $77)
  
  
• Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm:
  June 5, 12, 26, July 3, 10, 17.  (no class June 19 or July 24)
  (6 classes $66)

Session 2 - 

• Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm:
• July 29, August 5, 12, 19, 26, September 9, 16,  (no class September 2)
  (7 classes $77)
  
  
• Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm:
  July 31, August 7, 14, 21, 28, September 4, 11, 18
  (8 classes $88) 

We also have the option of a 6-classPunch Card which may be used for any 6-classes over a 90-day period. 
(Punch cards expire 90-days after purchase.)
