Zumba

Program Description

Zumba® is a dance fitness class with Latin and World Rhythms! It feels like a journey around the world in Dance. Zumba® mixes low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party! Once the once the music takes over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Come dance with us!

16+ (based on the first day of the session)

 

Available sessions

July/August/September

Mondays
July 28, August 11, 18, 25, September 8, 15 (6 classes $66) (no class July 21, August 4, September 1)

Wednesdays
July 30, August 6, 13, 20, 27, September 3, 10, 17. (8 classes $88) (no class July 23)

We also have the option of a 6-classPunch Card for $72 which may be used for any 6-classes over a 90-day period. 
(Punch cards expire 90-days after purchase.)
